I had never done a tube wholecar before and I thought it was about time I pushed the boundries with the amount of time you could spend in a tube yard. This was only one of two that was actually done that night but if you want to see that check another site.

MYTH and myself had hooked up with ACNE earlier in the evening and we were bombin the South bank for fun and it nearly went pear-shaped as one of his crew got bagged...oops!Anyway we managed to get a bus down to this yard and we arrived real late...in fact I thought it was going to be too late to do this as the system started back up in 2 hours. So we scoped it for ten minutes and got to work. One hour later we were finished and taking the flicks when at the end of the train I spotted the drivers coming to work. Fuck you have never seen two people take so many pictures in such a short space of time. It was like a session with David Bailey at a fashion shoot....

Well in the same month as the above we started to get a little cocky. We wanted to go for another wholecar but this yard is very hot and people walk around in here all night, so we knew this had to be a quick one if it was going to be successful.

We rolled in through the usual method involving sewers and torches and holding our noses due to the usual stench and the odd rat running over our toes!!The only problem was that it had been raining all night and a small part of the train was in the open getting pissed on. I chose the wet part because I was using Molotow that night and I knew that it would work well on a wet surface. Boy I was right we dropped this pretty quick and the paint flowed lovely, got the flicks and shot out of there..due to the fact that at the end of the platform was a bunch of cleaners getting busy and somehow they never see us let alone smelt the paint wofting down to them..haha!!

This was my dream all of the year and I had planned for months on this project. There was supposed to be a crew of us on this but unfortunately some members got bagged earlier in the year and had to drop out.

I spent months building upto this moment and I was so eager to drop it dope style. Only problem was on Christmas eve when it was supposed to happen it was pissing down with rain and had to cancel. All of Christmas day when the weather had got better I just sat fidgeting all day, counting the hours down to darkness. I tell you I have never got the Christams festivities over so quickly....just thinking about the painting non stop. I headed out around 7pm and shot to this yard quick time and had a look round. Absolutely empty and with the wind blowing it was fucking cold but the time had come. I took my time and loved every minute of it, enjoying the experience of pulling off another wholecar. I remember thinking about doing another one there but I had another yard planned and it wasn't too far from this one. I didn't want to push my luck so I got the shots and headed of with a huge grin on my frozen cheeks..

20 minutes after doing the above train I walked into this station and had a look round. They had layed the trains up funny so this was the only one I could do, only problem was it was right in the station. Anybody walking passed on the road would have seen me but I had to take the risk and it was quiet...

I sketched out and started filling in the chrome when I had this strange feeling I was being watched. I was looking round all the time anyway but I just turned my head and I spotted someone on the platform..fuck I grabbed my bag and shot through. I ran round to where my car was parked and decided to have a drive about. I went pass a group of people who were looking at me and I realised it was them..so being para or not I felt a little more at ease so back I went. I remember the wind really blowing cold and when finishing up I could hardly move my hands to take the pictures...but it was all worth it 2 wholecars in one night and my dream had been fullfilled..all that planning had payed off.

This mission was executed on Christmas Eve when all the commuters had gone home to wrap thier families presents and put the finishing touches to their Xmas celebrations. KABS and Myself had thought long and hard about this place as we had been several times before and we knew others were probably looking to do it too.

We arrived early and staked the place out, watching the last party stragglers leave the train and fumble their way home. Two hours waiting in the car and the coast was clear, phase one. KABS started to sketch out as I followed with the chrome filling in and keeping watch. Things were going well and half way through, the production was looking sharp. I remember feeling the first drop of rain hit my face and thinking, " now we have to finish this quick."If you can imagine two writers wacking as much paint into a background in a short space of time.. it was quite funny at the time. We managed to finish it up without the rain spoiling it too much, so another goodnights' work done for the ATS boys

This was a grand event with alot of writers turning out. Plaistow Hall of Fame is quite big and we managed to take one side out whilst another load of writers took care of the opposite wall.

My first wall piece in 2001 with MEZ from Manchester. A very cold day but sunny so a few heads turned out to paint and shoot the breeze.
